Special Release/Service Packs Available:

At this time, there are no special release/service packs available for HMS on Great Plains version 8.0 or Dynamics GP 9.0. Please visit our Partners or Customers page to get the latest versions for GP 8.0 service pack 4a or Dynamics GP 9.0 Service Pack 1 or 2.

Important Information on Upgrades:

While we strive to keep our upgrade processes as straight-forward and consistent as possible, as with any sophisticated software package there are procedures that must be followed to ensure a smooth process. Please download and read the HMS Update Manual before proceeding with the Microsoft Dynamics GP or Great Plains upgrade- there are file maintenance procedures that should be run before any data is upgraded. In addition, new registration keys may be necessary- this is explained in detail in the upgrade documentation.
