Important Information on Upgrades

While we strive to keep our upgrade processes as straight-forward and consistent as possible, as with any sophisticated software package there are procedures that must be followed to ensure a smooth process. Please download and read the HMS Update Manual before proceeding with the Microsoft Dynamics GP or Great Plains upgrade-there are file maintenance procedures that should be run before any data is upgraded. In addition, new registration keys may be necessary-this is explained in detail in the upgrade documentation.
