We encourage Customers (end users) to contact us for information on our product and to be pointed in the direction that will lead to a knowledgeable Partner. Once established, Horizons honors the Customer/Partner relationship and requires that changes to the arrangement be handled formally so that we have written documentation as to the Customer's intentions.

Customers are encouraged to review the site, contact us for information and gain as much knowledge as possible. How can we help you?

Customer concerns, software purchases, maintenance contracts for updated software (Enhancement Programs), invoicing and any thing else pertinent to the Horizons / Customer relationship is handled by the Partner Organization.
